  I was represented by Erin in my worker's compensation case and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. My case was very involved and didn't conclude for a few years. Erin was always available to both my husband and I when we had questions or were just frustrated with the situation. I feel I received excellent education that allowed me to make informed decisions.   The security in this building is rude. There is a sign that reads," Pease Don't Use Tobacco within 50 feet of this building. Instead ' try drinking some water or taking a few deep breaths to help with the craving." Well it would be great if everyone followed it. I have been there on numerous occasions. Not only do the state employers of this building come out and light up but the security as well. I approached the security and even measured the distance to where he was smoking. I informed the security officer that he was not 50 feet from the building and his reply was "TTTT" and a wave of the hand and turned his head. I then took a picture of the security officer and he waved like it was a joke. It would be nice to be able to approach this building and go in without enduring 2nd hand smoke. A law is a law and EVERYONE should have to follow it. I don't see anyone else but state employees and security guards smoking. What makes that ok? And why should the public have to come in contact with their 2nd hand smoke?

  Used them for yrs when I called them to see why they didnt use my RV as a second home last yr and write it off they said it wasnt a write off spoke to a girl named Melissa who was indignent and argued with me after I told her to check IRS publication 936 page 4 she tried backtracking and basically was caught in a lie. That cost me a ton of money needless to say doing my own taxes this yr. All they want is the easy way out and charge you a fortune to do your taxes. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

  I found Erin Gallivan at a very low point in my life and with her help I have been able to obtain all the benefits that Workers Compensation Laws provide. My battle is not over yet but I am very confident and capable to continue the fight with Erin and her partners by my side. Erin is up to date with all the laws and if she has questions herself she is not afraid to ask her partners for help. I would recommend anyone having Workers Comp questions to speak with Erin, you will get answers and a new sense of confidence and peace.
